☆ You may only refund if I have NOT started yet. In the case you want a refund and I have started, you may only refund the amount equal to the work I did not have done at that time.
☆ I at any point can refund the money and cancel the commission. I do not owe you an explanation.You must understand that the artist holds copyright to the pieces they make, and if you are to break their TOS (or otherwise) they can get you into legal trouble. Respect artists :)
